1. INTRODUCTION
   VIBA (“we”, “our”, “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information when you use the VIBA mobile application (“App”). By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. The App is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND WHY
   a) Location (GPS) – When you grant permission, we use your device’s location while the App is active to show your position on maps and to display nearby events or services. We do not store or share your location with third parties.
   b) NFC (Near Field Communication) – When you grant permission, the App can read compatible NFC tags (e.g., event badges). NFC data is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
   c) Technical/Diagnostic Data – We may collect anonymous information such as device model, OS version, and general usage to improve performance, stability, and security. This information does not personally identify you.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
   • To provide core features like maps and location-based functionality.
   • To enable NFC-based features within the App.
   • To maintain, secure, and improve the App (including diagnostics and updates).
   We do not sell or rent your personal data.

4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
   • Mapbox Maps SDK – used to display interactive maps and location data. Mapbox may process limited, anonymized usage metrics under its own privacy policy: https://www.mapbox.com/legal/privacy/
   • Expo / React Native – frameworks used to build and update the App. These frameworks do not directly collect personal data from end users.

5. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY
   We do not maintain personal user databases. Location and NFC data are used in real time and are not stored on our servers. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access or disclosure.

6. DATA SHARING AND TRANSFERS
   We do not share your location or NFC data with external parties. Aggregated and anonymized analytics may be used internally to improve the App.

7. YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS
   • Permissions – You can deny or revoke Location and NFC permissions at any time in your device settings. Core features that rely on these permissions may be limited without them.
   • Uninstall – You can uninstall the App at any time if you no longer wish to use it.
   • Contact – You can contact us to ask questions about how we handle your data.

8. AGE LIMITATION
   The App is intended for individuals aged 13 and older. If you believe data has been provided by a child under 13, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
   We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, features, or legal requirements. The latest version will be available on our website or within the App.
